Consignment 101

Step 1: Qualify your garment

DHB accepts wedding gowns, bridal separates, veils, accessories, and shoes. Our general criteria are: luxury designer, from last three to five seasons, and in like-new condition.

Examples of designers we currently accept include: Carolina Herrera, Cucculelli Shaheen, Dana Harel, Danielle Frankel, Elie Saab, Emilia Wickstead, Galia Lahav, Giambattista Valli, Hermione de Paula, Ines Di Santo, Lela Rose, Markarian, Mira Zwillinger, Monique Lhuillier, Oscar de la Renta, Peter Langner, Reem Acra, Richard Quinn, Rodarte, Vera Wang, Vivienne Westwood, and Wiederhoeft. However, this is not an exhaustive list - we are always on the lookout for special pieces!

Step 2: Complete our questionnaire

If your garment meets our general criteria, complete our Consignment Questionnaire (one questionnaire per item). Our team will be in touch within one week regarding your consignment.

Step 3: Schedule a white-glove pickup

Once a garment is approved and a consignment agreement is signed, we offer white-glove courier service for consignors based in NYC. If you’re based outside of NYC, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label via email.

And finally… get paid!

All consignment is a 50/50 split, less applicable shipping fees and taxes, paid the month following sale.
